COM106 Interpersonal Communications Interpersonal communication forms the basis for all human relationships. Developing a better understanding of how people communicate with each other will allow the student to be more effective in all relationships from work to home and beyond. Specific topics covered are self-concept, listening behavior, verbal and non-verbal communication and improving relationships through conflict management.
