In order to make the most of your online learning experience, there are several technical requirements you will need to fulfill. Refer to the guidelines below to help ensure your online success.
All students will need to have basic computer operation skills to complete their online course, and we recommend students not to solely rely on mobile phones to complete their online course.
Canvas, EDUKAN’s Learning Management System, supports the two newest versions of each of the following browsers. Aren’t sure what browser you are using? Find out here.
In addition to the browser, you will also need an updated version of Flash and Respondus Lockdown Browser for EDUKAN courses.
You should always use the most current version of your preferred browser. Your browser will notify you if there is a new version available.
If you find a supported browser still producing a banner stating Your browser does not meet the requirements for Canvas, try logging out of Canvas and deleting your browser cookies. Learn how to clear your cache on a Mac or a PC.
You will need to have one of the following operating systems on your device to run Canvas.

If you want to view Canvas on a mobile device, we recommend using the Canvas mobile app.
You can access Canvas from any browser on your Android/iOS device. However, mobile browsers are not supported, and features may not function as expected compared to viewing Canvas in a fully supported desktop browser.
