A general studies associate’s degree gives students the base of knowledge they’ll need to continue their education and earn a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
One of the benefits of a general studies program is the opportunity to try out different academic courses. You’ll take courses in natural sciences, mathematics, humanities, computer technology, physical education, social and behavioral science electives. These courses will help you figure out which field of study you want to continue.
